King Of The Motos Partners With Last Dog Standing to Promote Motorcycle Survival Race

The organizers behind two US extreme enduro races, King of the Motos and Last Dog Standing, have teamed up to promote both events. Extreme enduro races are gaining momentum worldwide and two of the largest enduro races in the US have joined forces with King of the Motos announcing this week that Last Dog Standing will be the first pre-qualification race for the 2014 King of the Motos race.
The top five overall finishers from Last Dog Standing will be pre-qualified for the main KOM race held  February 1 & 2, 2014 in Johnson Valley, CA. Pro riders will still need to register and pay for their entry in advance, but they will be guaranteed a spot in the main event. Additionally, the first amateur rider to finish the Last Dog Standing will receive a free entry to the King of the Motos event, but will still need to qualify on site at King of the Motos for the main event.
Jimmy Lewis, Co-director of King of the Motos had this to say about the partnership. “It is a natural for us to work together and see the sport grow. We’re moving towards getting a series organized here in the US and this is one of the first steps. Last Man Standing is a first class motorcycle survival race and it shows who really knows how to ride a dirt bike in tough conditions, just like at King Of The Motos. I hope some of the many fans that come out to the desert to watch King of the Hammers take a look at what is going on at Glen Helen on June 15th.”

King of the Motos will be releasing more information on a new and exciting format in the coming weeks. For more information about King of the Motos please: www.ultra4racing.com
