Dynomax Expands Partnership with Campbell Enterprises

DynoMax Performance Exhaust is proud to announce its continued partnership with Shannon Campbell; the only two-time King of The Hammers champion. Our partnership with Shannon started out with a bang in 2011 when Shannon stood at the top of the podium as the prestigious King of the Hammers champion, and ULTRA4 Series overall champion that same year. Shannon’s success continued in 2012 with a 3rd place finish at KOH and 5th overall in series points.
Shannon is one of those racers, whose competitors may mark with a target on his back, as the one to beat every time he fires up his DynoMax equipped #5 car. Those same competitors will also tell you that Shannon is the first to help out another competitor/team if and when he can.

As we approach the third consecutive year in our partnership with Shannon and Campbell Enterprises we await the debut of the Campbell Enterprises new #5 car at the 2013 King of the Hammers. Once again Shannon will be the “one to watch for”, or better yet listen for that distinct engine roar. If you don’t see him racing across a lake bed or crawling over the rock trails out in Johnson Valley, you will hear him.

Nick Campbell, driver of the #8 DynoMax car in 2012 returns once again to Team DynoMax in 2013. Though Nick did not finsh the 2012 KOH race, due to mechinical issues, he took 3rd at the 4-Wheel Parts Glen Helen Grand Prix, securing his spot in the upcoming King of the Hammers. In 2011 Nick placed 15th at the King of the Hammers. Nick, like his brother, is always in the hunt and considered a favorite to win. He often assists Shannon as his co-driver in their two-seater ULTRA4 rig for long races like Vegas to Reno and in their Best in the Desert “truggy”.

Our partnership with the Campbell’s and Campbell Enterprises continues to grow in 2013 with the addition of Wayland Campbell to Team DynoMax. In NASCAR, young men the age of Wayland Campbell are called the “Young Guns”. At the ripe age of 17, Wayland already has a top 5 finish in an ULTRA4 car (at Glen Helen) not to mention, his incredible dual podium finish in 2 of the 3 heats at the American Rocksports Challenge. Only a broken steering arm would keep him off the podium all together at the end of the Challenge. Wayland’s rock racing background seems to be the catalyst in putting his name on the “one to watch out for” in the ULTRA4 series.
The Campbell’s bring a lot of energy and excitement to off road racing and to ULTRA4 series in general. DynoMax Performance Exhaust is proud to have all of them on our team and wishes them the best of luck in 2013.
